We manage Owners Corporations in strict accordance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and Owners Corporation regulations, defining the rules, responsibilities, duties, and rights of both owners and Owners Corporations. Additionally, we are licensed by the Business Licensing Authority as Owners Corporation Managers and undergo an annual review process. SKOC holds a $2.0M professional indemnity insurance policy to comply with the Act.
